To Whom It May Concern
I have known Ron West socially for the past eighteen years. Having reached retirement age, I decided that I needed to get into the world of computers and got myself a laptop.
Ron’s help and advice in setting up my laptop has been invaluable and any time I have a problem he is always there to help me and give advice.
