Try a free Google e-mail account.  You can have pretty much any name you want provided it is unique to you. e.g. yourname@gmail.com  or yourname19@gmail.com …. where ‘yourname’ can be a combination of your first and last name @gmail.com  e.g. ronewest@gmail.com or ron.e.west@gmail.com or ron-west@gmail.com… there are endless posibilities even with a common name like West!  Once you have decided and registered it is yours for life!
