I struggled to come to terms with this incredible information highway myself, although I have been involved with Computers, Networks and Communications for the majority of my life!
It wasn’t until I began helping other seniors with their computers at home, that I realised the true potential the Internet has in helping us the Senior Generation in our day-to-day lives.
I learnt just how the Internet could actually help us, and I am still learning today! It’s a wonderful, interesting and challenging world, the Internet, and I am still absolutely fascinated by it and how fast it is changing on a daily basis, and what’s more, I love every minute of it!
I can now help others of my generation yes, the Senior Generation, the Silver Surfers, the ‘Silver Web Surfers’. I know that there are a lot of you out there struggling to come to terms with the Internet, the World Wide Web (www.), Broadband, High Speed Communications, Web Mail, E-mail, Internet Explorer, Browsers, HTML, Networks, Modems, Routers, Cyberspace and many more new words. I have been helping both individuals and businesses, both commercially and privately, with the ‘technical’ challenges on computers for most of my working life, but I always wanted to help people use the Internet and benefit from it too.
I can help you the new Silver Web Surfer in many ways.
· First of all with Security so you can be safe and secure on the Internet!
· Secondly to provide some basic understanding of what you have in front of you, be it a ‘desktop’, tower, laptop or notebook/netbook.
· Thirdly to have an effective and efficient ‘home’ computer, that works properly all the time, and does not confuse you! (you know fix those annoying ‘techie’ bits that always pop up when you least expect them!)

I provided a unique ‘one-on-one’ help & tuition service, over the Internet for home based computer users. If you already have a ‘broadband’ Internet connection, I help you ‘over’ that connection, in ‘real time’, hence there is no need for me to travel to your home in order to provide that service.
